我于2007年在外地通过评审方式获得中级职称,2014年起被本市单位聘为中级,现在单位打算续聘中级,请问是否需要复核评审?

您好!跨区域、跨单位流动到本市的专业技术人员,如其原职称为在原区域、原单位由经人力资源社会保障部门核准备案的各级职称评审委员会评审取得,在本市仍从事与原岗位相同或相近工作,且符合国家基本评价标准,可由本市用人单位依据其工作岗位和实际水平予以确认,并根据岗位需要择优聘任。如其原职称为在原区域、原单位由经人力资源社会保障部门下放职称评审权的用人单位自主评聘取得,应按照本市职称评审相关规定和管理权限,向相应职称评审委员会申报复核评审,可按照其已取得的最高层级职称进行申报。相关政策可参见《关于跨区域、跨单位流动到本市的专业技术人才职称管理办法》(沪人社专[2021]213号)。

中级职称评审未通过,可以申请复议吗?

您好!根据《上海市职称评审管理办法》(沪人社规[2021]30号),申报人对涉及本人的评审结果不服的,可以由本人提出异议,评委会办公室应当进行核查。
